This page is an index of the conditions that apply when you book a trip with us. It summarises nothing and replaces nothing: the binding documents are linked below, and the version that applies to your booking is the one confirmed with you in writing at the time of booking.
A booking is confirmed in writing. We send a written plan with the route, the day-by-day itinerary, what is included and the cost; the booking is confirmed when you accept that plan and the dates are held as agreed.
Payment options, including paying in full and paying over time, are published on the Travel Payment Plans page. The option you choose, and any conditions attached to it, are confirmed with you in writing before you pay.
Change and cancellation terms, including refund handling, are set out in our Terms and Conditions. Because mountain seasons are weather and permit dependent, those terms matter more than usual on a trekking or climbing trip: read them before you commit to dates, and check the insurance position described in Travel Insurance.
How we handle the information you send us is set out in the Privacy Policy.
If you are booking through a travel agency or tour operator, the contractual relationship is between you and that agency. What we do is the operation in Pakistan, as described in Ground Handling in Pakistan and International Tour Operators.
