How do I set up my payment plan?

Interested in setting up your payment plan for your dream tour? Simply select your desired tour and reach out to us by sending a message. We’ll promptly provide you with the payment method options and confirmation details

EasyPay enrollment facilitates payment via debit card or linked checking account with wise. Our alternative plans support bank transfers or money orders, albeit without the additional benefits offered by EasyPay.

With EasyPay, rest assured that payment processing is hassle-free—we automatically deduct payments from your designated account on a date of your preference. If you’re enrolled in our Manual Payment Plan or wish to allocate additional funds towards your trip to reduce your monthly installment, simply reach out to us through a message.

Certainly! You have the flexibility to adjust your payment schedule, update your details, or transition to our Manual Payment Plan (Pay As You Go) at your convenience. All these adjustments can be made through your online account. However, please take note of the following:

  1. To modify an upcoming automatic payment, ensure that changes are made at least five business days before the scheduled processing date. Failure to do so may result in the inability to cancel or reschedule the payment.

  2. If you choose to opt out of AutoPay and switch to our Manual Payment Plan, you will be required to settle the remaining balance of your tour reservation upfront. Neglecting to fulfill this requirement may lead to the cancellation of your tour reservation and the imposition of relevant fees.

The amount of money required for booking depends on the payment plan selected and the booking date. Enrolling in EasyPay requires a down payment of only $99. Alternatively, with our Manual Payment Plan, initial payments range from $300 to $450, contingent upon the specific tour. Should you book after the Tour Finalization Date, which signifies the completion of all arrangements and confirmation of departure, the full payment for your reservation will be due.

FAQs about cancellations

What happens to my deposit if I need to reschedule or cancel my tour?

f you’d like to reschedule your tour, you can do so free of charge prior to your Tour Finalization Date. If you’d like to cancel, we’ll fully refund your original form of payment if done during your Fully Refundable Booking Period. (We have Cancellation Protection Offer too.)

If you’re using our Manual Payment Plan and need to cancel your tour, please note: After 72 hours or until your Tour Finalization Date, whichever’s sooner, your $300–$450 deposit becomes non-refundable. Additionally, the following fee schedules will apply, based on tour types and days until departure:

  • 71+ days: $300
  • 46–70 days: $1,000
  • 8–45 days: $1,000 or 50%, whichever’s greater
  • 0–7 days: 100%

The cancellation protection allows you to plan your dream tour with peace of mind. Should the need arise, you can cancel your reservation at any time before checking in for your first day and receive a voucher for future travel.
