A private trip with us is not a group departure with a different label. The route, the dates, the accommodation and the daily plan are built around the people travelling.

What a private trip changes

• Your dates: we plan to the window that suits you, then check the road and weather conditions for that window.
• Your group: travelling as two, as a family with mixed fitness, or as a private team of colleagues.
• Your pace: longer days are possible on lower passes, shorter days on glacier sections.
• Your budget: the route, the number of days and the accommodation set are the main drivers of cost.

How we build it

• You send us the brief: region, dates, group size, fitness level and anything that matters to you.
• We confirm what is operationally realistic for that period, including road access and permit timing.
• We send a written plan with the day-by-day route, what is included, and the cost.
• We hold the dates once you confirm, and brief you on preparation before you travel.
