However, there are instances where excursions may need to be canceled, which can occur due to factors such as low participation, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen closures. In such cases, Vertical Explorers Pakistan reserves the right to cancel optional excursions during the tour.
Refund Process for Group Canceled Excursions
If Vertical Explorers Pakistan cancels an excursion that your entire tour group was enrolled in, you will receive a full refund for the excursion cost. This refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 to 12 weeks from the conclusion of your tour. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, kindly submit a request for assistance, and our team will promptly address your query.
It’s important to note that if you voluntarily choose not to participate in an excursion for personal reasons after signing up for it, the excursion fee is non-refundable.
