Indulging in local flavors is an integral part of the travel experience. At Vertical Explorers Pakistan (VE), we ensure that each tour includes a welcoming and farewell meal accompanied. Daily breakfast is also included, while the number of lunches and dinners provided depends on the specific package/ itinerary. Our aim is to offer a diverse range of meal choices, typically presenting at least three options for multi-course meals to cater to varied preferences and dietary needs, thus enhancing your exploration of Pakistan’s culinary delights.
Included Dining Services
Breakfast:
Every tour with VE includes breakfast served at the hotel. For early mornings, you’ll receive a convenient boxed breakfast. The menu composition varies based on the destination and the hotel facilities.
Lunch:
Included lunches are arranged either at local restaurants or within the hotel premises. Depending on the destination and dining venue, lunches may consist of two-course meals, buffet setups, or family-style servings. Complimentary water and a soft drink are provided, and coffee or tea can be requested post-meal. Alcoholic beverages are not included.
Dinner:
Included dinners are hosted at local restaurants or hotel dining areas, offering two to three-course meals, buffets, or family-style dining experiences. Most tours include a soft drink with dinners, while water is always available.

Non-Included Dining Options
Should a meal not be included during your tour, your Tour Director will gladly recommend nearby restaurants based on your preferences. Dining with fellow group members is a common practice, fostering a familial atmosphere throughout the journey.
Special Dietary Requests :
At Vertical Explorers Pakistan, we understand the importance of accommodating special dietary needs to ensure a seamless travel experience. Whether you have food allergies, specific dietary preferences, or special requirements, we are committed to catering to your needs. You can inform us of any dietary restrictions either during the booking process, or later. It is recommended to provide this information at least one month before your tour, although earlier notification is appreciated to better prepare for your requirements.
By communicating your dietary needs clearly and in advance, Vertical Explorers Pakistan ensures that our Tour Directors are well-informed and can provide suitable options during your tour.
Bus Seating Information
As of one year ago, seating capacity for our tours typically ranges between 20 and 29 passengers on most motor coaches. For smaller groups, we may utilize buses with a lower seating capacity. During our safaris, transportation is provided in 4-person safari vehicles.
Seating Arrangements
We have a policy of not assigning specific seats on our motor coaches. Instead, we encourage travelers to rotate their seats daily. This practice ensures that everyone has the chance to experience and appreciate the scenic views during bus journeys.
Bus Amenities
All coaches operated by Vertical Explorers Pakistan are equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, we make scheduled stops every two hours during longer transfers to allow passengers time for restroom breaks and to stretch their legs.
Prior to boarding, your coach will undergo a comprehensive cleaning and disinfection process, with particular attention given to high-touch areas. Hand sanitizer will be readily available on all our coaches for the convenience and safety of our passenger.
The ideal group size for each tour is meticulously determined based on the nature of the experience it offers. For instance, journeys to remote natural landscapes are designed for smaller groups, allowing access to off-the-beaten-path locations and accommodation in settings unique to the destination.
In the realm of travel, creating genuine connections is paramount. At Vertical Explorers Pakistan, we limit our small tour groups to 16 individuals to facilitate this meaningful interaction.
Conversely, tours to vibrant capitals can comfortably accommodate larger groups. Additionally, local regulations in certain destinations specify the maximum group size permissible for travel via motor coach.

Independent Arrangements
Should you wish to make independent plans beyond Vertical Explorers Pakistan’s scheduled activities, kindly refer to your itinerary to identify available free days. For activities requiring advance ticketing during your free time, we recommend utilizing services from providers offering flexible rebooking or cancellation policies in the event of unforeseen itinerary adjustments. Please note that Vertical Explorers Pakistan does not facilitate bookings for independently arranged activities.
Participation in Scheduled Activities
At Vertical Explorers Pakistan, we understand that each traveler’s journey is unique and we encourage you to make the most of your time according to your preferences.
If your itinerary includes guided sightseeing tours but you wish to utilize that time differently, we respect your choice. Kindly inform your Tour Director if you decide to forgo any included activities and plan to rejoin your group for transfers between cities or regions.
Please note that certain destinations may not permit or recommend extensive free time due to travel regulations and safety considerations. Your Tour Director is available to address any queries you may have regarding this matter.
Day of Arrival We highly recommend all travelers to attend the welcome meeting and meal organized for their group. Typically scheduled on the evening of your arrival, the meeting serves as an essential introduction. Your Tour Director will welcome you and your fellow travelers, providing vital tour information. This gathering also allows everyone to introduce themselves and foster camaraderie within the group. The welcome dinner, occasionally offered as a lunch, presents an excellent opportunity to connect with your tour companions and establish meaningful bonds right from the beginning.

As a solo traveler, you will be accommodated in a private room, with an associated single-room charge for your lodging.
