What is the Tour Finalization Date?

The Tour Finalization Date marks when everything is confirmed on our end—it’s a crucial deadline to remember as you prepare for your journey! For most tours within Pakistan, the Tour Finalization Date is 30 days before departure. However, for Special Event Tours, Customized Tours, MICE Tours, and treks in restricted zones , it is 6 weeks before departure. After this deadline, certain changes to your reservation may not be possible.

Deadlines to keep in mind for the Tour Finalization Date:

• Final payment due: The Tour Finalization Date is your final payment date, unless you’re enrolled in EasyPay.
• Changes to hotel room types: Rooming adjustments can be made until your Tour Finalization Date if space is available.
• Booking flights through Vertical Explorers Pakistan: You can opt for our airfare package until your Tour Finalization Date without incurring a late reservation fee.
• Submitting flight preferences: We try to accommodate flight preferences received by the Tour Finalization Date, including upgrade requests, airline and routing preferences, and changes to flight dates.
• Re-booking to a new tour or date: You can change your tour date or destination before your Tour Finalization Date for a $50 per person rebooking fee.
